We charge a minimum service call fee of $90.00 /hour plus an additional $60.00 per man.

In the case of estimates we apply these charges to the cost of the project.

We also offer per project pricing when applicable.

Custom pricing is an optional arrangement prior to the commencement of the project.

All payments are due at the time of service.  We accept cash, or checks.  Unless prior arrangements have been made.  

ACC Industries uses pictures of our projects for marketing and references as needed.

We reserve the right to charge for all collection fees and interest to recover unpaid balances. 

Warranties become null and void for all unpaid projects or balances.

Trash and debris bagged for curb side pickup unless arrangements are made in advance.

ACC Industries warrants all of our services. Repairs and warranty service performed by ACC Industries or a representative of ACC Industries only. The term of the warranty must be established in advance. ACC will honor the manufactures warranties to the extent that the manufacture provides.  Labor is excluded unless prior arrangements exist.   All projects require a one-third deposit  on acceptance, a one-third deposit on commencement, balance do on completion.  All special orders or change orders are due on presentation.  Written change orders are required to modify the scope of our projects. Special payment terms can be made prior to acceptance.
